Why were my documents declined?

We have to see every required field on your ID or proof-of-address clearly—no glare, no cropped edges. If something is unreadable, we email you with a fresh upload request. Double-check that your registration details match what appears on the files you send; mismatches are a common reason for a decline. Need a hand? Message customersupport@novaspin.com.

What should I do when I see an invalid credentials message?

Several things can trigger that notice:

  • If you misplaced your username, start a live chat so we can verify you and remind you how to recover it.
  • If the password slipped your mind, use Forgot password on the login window to reset it securely.
  • If you have not joined Nova Spin yet, tap Sign up to open a new account.

How will I know my documents are approved?

Once verification succeeds, we send a confirmation to your registered inbox from Nova Spin (peek in spam/junk just in case).

If anything fails our checks, we email you promptly with what to fix and the next steps. Reviews can take a little time; for urgent questions, contact customersupport@novaspin.com or live chat.

How do I update the email on my profile?

Email changes are handled by support so nobody else can alter your address without proof it is really you. Reach us at customersupport@novaspin.com or via live chat and follow the steps our agents provide.

How do I register for Nova Spin?

It is straightforward: choose Sign up on the left-hand menu (or the mobile header), then complete the form. Keep a government-issued ID and your banking details nearby—you may need them during onboarding.
