Geolocation

Follow the path that matches your device or browser.

iOS (iPhone / iPad)

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll to Privacy (or Privacy & Security on newer versions).
3. Open Location Services and switch them on.
4. Scroll to your browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) and set it to While Using the App or Always, depending on what you prefer.

Android

1. Open Settings.
2. Choose Location (sometimes under Security & location).
3. Enable location at the top toggle.
4. Open your browser’s permissions and allow location while using the app or all the time, as offered.

Google Chrome (desktop)

1. Open Chrome and click the three dots → Settings.
2. Go to Privacy and security → Site settings → Location.
3. Keep Sites can ask for your location enabled.
4. If our site appears under Not allowed, remove it so Chrome can prompt again.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Firefox → menu → Settings.
2. Select Privacy & Security.
3. Under Permissions, open Location settings.
4. Ensure our site is not blocked; disable any blanket “block all location requests” if you need Ontario checks to run.

Microsoft Edge

1. Edge menu → Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
2. Open Location and confirm sites may ask before accessing.
3. Remove our URL from the block list if it is listed there.
